Board of Director Biographies

Jean-Marie Gatto
Group President


Jean-Marie Gatto founded the Company in 1995. Mr. Gatto has a proven record of developing innovative products at the forefront of technology. He has been responsible for the development of the extensive intellectual property covering all of the Company's technologies. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Gatto was, from 1991 to 1995, the CEO of Infojeux, the research and development company to the French National Lottery. From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Gatto was CEO of Gallium Information Systems in Paris, a developer of ITS plans. From 1983 to 1991, he held a strategic management position reporting to the President of Alcatel Telecommunication Group as head of ITS. From 1978 to 1982, he held a strategic management position reporting to the President of Thomson CSF Telephone Group as head of ITS. From 1969 to 1978, he was Director of MIS Eastern Hemisphere at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. From 1966 to 1969, he was Manager of MIS for France at Honeywell Information Systems. Mr. Gatto studied industrial process of management in the French Airforce.

Seamus McGill
Group Chief Executive Officer


Prior to his appointment as Group CEO of Cyberview Technology, Mr. McGill was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of International Operations of WMS Gaming Inc., subsidiary of WMS Industries Inc. from 1998. During that time, Mr. McGill helped establish WMS as a leading provider of gaming products throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Mr. McGill spearheaded the growth of WMS with the opening of offices in Spain, South Africa and the UK. Prior to WMS, Mr. McGill was Executive Vice President for Mikohn Gaming Corporation, the gaming industry's largest signage and progressive electronics systems provider. During his two-year tenure at Mikohn, he was responsible for generating a substantial increase in sales, and played a key role in capturing a major share of the international systems market for Mikohn in Canada and Europe.

Sylvie Linard
Group Chief Operating Officer


Sylvie Linard co-founded the Company with Jean-Marie Gatto in 1995. Her main responsibilities include business and product development. Prior to co-founding the Company, Ms. Linard was Vice President of Marketing and Finance at Gallium Informatique System, a research and development technology company operating in the telecommunications and gaming industries, in Paris from 1988-1995. From 1986 to 1988, she was Product Manager at Axytel in France. She has a Bachelor Degree (with Honours) in Marketing.

Mark A. Nanovich
Finance Director and Company Secretary


Prior to Joining the Company in February 2002, Mark Nanovich was Finance Director for Stilo International plc, an AIM quoted company in the IT sector where he was responsible for financial, corporate (acquisitions), legal and secretarial duties. From 1993 to 1999, he was Group Financial Controller for Provalis plc, the healthcare, medical diagnostics and biotechnology group which was listed on the London Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the Australian Stock Exchange. He worked for Provalis from 1989 to 1993 in Australia, holding several senior positions with associates listed entities and joint ventures. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989 with Grant Thornton in Australia where he worked for seven years. Mr. Nanovich holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University in Australia, a postgraduate qualification in Accounting and Taxation from Curtin University, and is a member of the Australian Securities Institute.

Sir Michael Wilkes KCB, CBE
Non-Executive Chairman


Sir Michael Wilkes served in the British Army for 35 years reaching the rank of a 4 star General. He commanded at every level from Platoon to Field Army and has seen active service across the world. In addition, he held a number of senior staff appointments in the Ministry of Defence, including membership of the Army Board. On leaving the Army in 1995, he was appointed Governor and Commander in Chief of the Island of Jersey where he served until 2000. Since that time he has become Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of C. I. Traders Limited, a broadly based property and retail company which is the largest employer in the Channel Islands. He takes an interest in the finance industry and is Chairman of Chiltern Holdings (Jersey) Ltd. He maintains his interest in Middle Eastern affairs through his Chairmanship of Britam Defence Ltd.

Larry J. Woolf
Non-Executive Director


Larry Woolf has had a successful career in the casino industry for over 40 years. From 1990-1995, Mr. Woolf served as Chairman, CEO and President of MGM Grand, one of the leading international gaming and hotel companies. In 1995, Mr. Woolf founded the Navegante Group, an international gaming and hotel development company that has successfully completed more than 50 projects worldwide and has established a strong track record within the casino/hotel industry. In 2003, Mr. Woolf founded the Casino Fandango and developed, designed and managed the casino in Carson City, Nevada.
