The Remote Diagnostics Application - RDA and Software Distribution & Control System - SDCS for the Cyberview Downloadable Gaming Platform is a tool for simplifying the support required in the operation and management of a downloadable gaming system.
The RDA enables support engineers to securely connect to any gaming machine in the estate from a central back-office location, diagnose almost all possible faults with the machine, and then repair most software related issues.
For faults that cannot be repaired remotely, the RDA enables centralised diagnosis of the fault. This enables engineers with the appropriate tools and components required to be dispatched, and the gaming machine to be repaired with minimum disruption to the operation.
